Returns & Refunds Policy
We stand behind every bottle of Corinto Olive Oil. If something is wrong with your order, we want to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@corinto-oliveoil.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a return shipment at our expense and send the correct product.
Change of Mind
Because olive oil is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer times may add 3–10 additional days depending on your provider.
How to Initiate a Return
Email info@corinto-oliveoil.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions within 1 business day.
